WHAT AMENITIES WILL BE OFFERED?
Heritage Landing will be like no other community in the Punta Gorda area. We will offer a gorgeous, guard gated entry and approximately 1,450 “doors” spread amongst 1,800 picturesque acres of mature landscaping, lakes, and preserve. Golfers will love our championship golf course offering Paspalum grass. An even more desirable attraction to all buyers is our incredible resort style amenities (which will be very similar to Bonita National). Our amazing resort style pool area will include an open-air, outdoor pool café offering full bar and full menu – we’ll even offer poolside service so your clients won’t have to get up from their pool chair to get their margarita! Our sports club will offer a spacious state of the art fitness center, separate aerobics room, mens and ladies locker rooms with showers and saunas, fitness director, and full service spa where they will offer nails, massage, etc. Our homeowners will also enjoy the use of 6 Har Tru tennis courts, 6 Pickleball courts, Bocce Ball, Golf pro shop, aqua driving range, practice range, and much more!
ARE SOCIAL HOMES AVAILABLE?
Eventually, we will offer non-golf homes (expected in a couple of years). All homes we’re currently selling include golf membership. The golf dues are very low – only $1,743 per year. The total fees per home type are actually less than most Resort Style Amenities, even with the golf dues included.
I LOVE IT! HOW DO I MOVE FORWARD?
To move forward, we simply need an initial deposit of $1,000 (or $5,000 on single family homes). The balance of 10% of the purchase price is due in 3 weeks on pre-construction homes, or 1 week on Move-In Ready Homes. No further monies are due until closing.
WHAT ARE THE LEASING RESTRICTIONS?
30 day minimum. Owners can transfer up to 12 times per year. Tenants can have pets. The current membership transfer fee is $200.
HOW MUCH ARE CART FEES?
Owners and Tenants both pay $25 per person for 18 holes / $15 per person for 9 holes.
ARE GOLF CARTS ALLOWED?
Golf carts are allowed throughout the community, but not on the golf course. Once the golf course turns over to the members, they may vote to implement a trail fee, etc. NOTE: Golf carts must be stored in a garage (i.e. not permitted in the terrace condominiums).
WHAT ARE THE PET RESTRICTIONS?
2 pets for multi-family homes. 3 pets for single family homes. No weight restrictions. No vicious breeds.
