2. Lennar will choose which offer(s) to accept. This is typically the offer(s) with the highest overages over list price.
3. If your offer is selected, you will have 24 hours to sign the agreement and remit an initial deposit of $5,000
4. The balance of 10% of the purchase price will be due in 7 days
5. NO further monies will be due until closing!
